Yovehla Foundation is a hands-on wellness organization dedicated to promoting mental health through the therapeutic practices of the arts and agriculture. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their creativity and connect with nature, ultimately helping to mitigate behavioral health. By integrating artistic expression with agricultural principles, we aim to foster emotional well-being, build community, and empower individuals to take charge of their mental health. Our vision includes the establishing of an Art Farm and Gallery. These components are to be a the primary space through which the administering of the therapy will take place. The Art Farm is a space no less than 2 acres wherein the land will be dedicated to housing an Urban Farm replete with greenhouses, gardens and growing pools. A large Barn will serve as the facilitation Building. This building would house several classrooms and studios wherein a variety of the Arts would be taught and special workshops given by popular known and accomplished artists. Additionally we would own and operate an impressive Art Gallery and Theater where our recipients would be able to display and perform their Art to a wide range of audiences.

Components
Art Therapy Workshops
Participants engage in various artistic activities, including painting, sculpture, culinary arts, dance, music and mixed media, facilitated by trained artists and art therapists. These workshops provide a safe space for individuals to hone their skills, express their emotions, explore their thoughts, and develop coping strategies through this creative process.
Urban Farming / iGardening
Our farm / garden serves as a living classroom where participants can learn about sustainable agriculture, plant care, and the benefits of growing their own food. Gardening activities promote mindfulness, physical activity, and a sense of accomplishment, all of which contribute to improved mental health.
Mindfulness Practices
We incorporate mindfulness techniques into our programs, including meditation, yoga, and nature walks. These practices help participants cultivate present-moment awareness, stress reduction, and overall well-being enhancement.
Support Sessions
We offer peer-led support groups where individuals can share their experiences, challenges, and successes in a compassionate and understanding environment. These groups foster a sense of belonging and community, helping to combat feelings of isolation often associated with our modern world.
Workshops and Special Events
Throughout the year, we host special events, guest speakers, Artists and workshops that focus on various aspects of mental health, creativity, and sustainable living. These events aim to educate the community and promote awareness of mental health issues.
